Flip the chicken and add minced garlic, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
Sprinkle chopped basil over the top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Once cooked through, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
