Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly.
Remove the leaves and cut the cauliflower into florets.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil.
Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Check for tenderness and a golden-brown color.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
