Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Your favorite wing sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry.
  • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Add the wings to the bowl and toss until fully coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Toss the wings in your favorite sauce before serving.
